Ripoff, unprofessional, aggressive and RUDE

I lost my primary source of income before Christmas and fell behind in my mortgage payment to Green Tree. When I called to arrange to make payments, I was transferred to their collections department without being told where they were transferring me. I heard men talking and realized there was someone on the other endof the phone and I asked for his name but he refused to identify himself. This man was rude and hateful and said some pretty mean and aweful things to me. He was trying hard to make me angry.

I was made to feel like it was my fault I was having a hardship and he refused to transfer me to his supervisor when I could not take what he was saying to me anymore. He said " you cant even pay your bills on time and I'm gonna let you speak to my supervisor" yeah right.

I demand an explanation as to why this kind of customer treatment is allowed. I hung up on this man and called back and a woman at Green Tree said... Oh I know who that was in collections. Why is he allowed to work for Green Tree? Is that their policy to hit the customer below the belt when they are having a hardship?
