Bought our loan from another company, raised our Payments, Higher Intrest rate, threatens foreclosure every month when late, cannot talk to a person, This company is a rip off taking peoples homes!

We refinanced our property with a company called Aegis, this company was the start of a bad loan for us from the appraisel on. As they only were suppose to use 20 acres of our 65 acre property. They assured us the appraisel was on 20 acres and the other 40 would be free and clear. To make a long story short they took the entire property and transfered it on the note.

They then turned around and sold the loan to Homecomings without our knowledge, (the company Aegis was out of business) and were were transfered to Homecomings Financial.

Since then our payments have went up 600.00-800.00 per month, they had 60 acres on our note instead of the 20 acres origanlly agreed upon and... This company is impossible to reach by phone you have to contact them by mail.

Every month we struggle to make payments do to the increase and every month they sent a letter on intent to forclose by certified mail. This company is out to forclose and is a rip off company I feel Aegis and Homecomings were in this togather and now we are the victims. Ive read plenty of other complaints about this rip off company, Please help us to stay in our home!
