Homecomings ripoff, won't release land that is not there leagl hold

We financed in 2003 thru Fieldstone in springfield Mo. They sold to Homecomings, we had finaced home and 5 acres, that is what was appraised and it is on the appraisel 5 acres more or less.

BUT unknown to us the title company wrote legal as home with 41 acres, now I have tried all angles to get it cleared up, homecomings will not guarantee me if I put out the money for all the paper work they will clear my 36 acres they do not legally hold.

I have spoke with attorney and they tell me this is not legal they have to release my land. Fieldstone mortgage only loans on home and 5 acres. So right there tells me there is fraud attached to the whole deal. I contacted fieldstone and got sent to the title company, title co. Said they did as told, then contacted Homecomings and sent correct land description, now They tell me I have to pay for a survey, $300.00 processing fee. And then no guarantee I will get my land freed. We are going to fight this. We are right, they are wrong.

I spoke with Rosemary Love, she is of no real help, she does call me back and keeps me posted, but still no concrete answers and no release. I feel we should not have to do one thing. They should have to give us back our land they have no legal hold onto, justthe home and 5 acres. I have had alot of problems with the company.

I been working on this last deal over 4 weeks, started with customer service it set on ones desk for a week. I got no answers till I got ahold of Rosemary, But still at a stand still.

I have to do this and that and still no guarantee they will give meback my land.in other words they will make more money off us and may not accomplish our goal to get our land freed. Some one out there has to know how to get this done and NOW.
