Amercredit ripoff very rude and unprofessional and sacrastic

I am not even 30 days late and my wife has called amercredit three times in the past three weeks and we thought we had set up a date a time for amercredit to get the car payment and today my wife and my self were told that this cannot be done. I understand we would be only 38 days late and that it would be reported 30 days late and there is nothing i can do about that fact but (steven) was rude and sarcastic and treated my wife like dirt and told her that since she had nothing better to do she could wait on hold for a supervisor? Excuse me, who does he think he is speaking to?

I do not care what probelms you are having you do not talk to someone like that. He does not know me or her or our history..

I am writting this and writting and complaining about this to everyone i can because this treatment is wrong! There are laws and these people can and if they get more rude to me will be sued and it will cost the company. People need to complain.
