Care Credit Complaint - Care Credit

I have never been so UPSET about the way I was treated when I talked to reps at CARE CREDIT about a promotion being terminated. I was told that my promotion was terminated because of being late 3 times. I have been making payments online for a good two years and always pay on or before the due date. Because of the time difference, I guess two times my payments were "late" The last time I was charged for a late fee, I contacted a rep from CARE CREDIT and she said I was correct, that I was not late, and therefore I was refunded the Late Fee on my next statement, but my promotion was terminated and almost $1,000 finance charge was added. After calling and getting a very rude rep, I asked to speak to a supervisor, who was just as rude to me, and didn't care what I had to say about the latest late fee and that was an incorrect charge. She was so rude I couldn't keep my composure... And swore that I would spread the word for consumers to never use CARE CREDIT BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE!!! Carol Rinehart
