Ripoff lied to me will not refund my money cost me 100's $ in bank charges

This company called my cell phone and told me that for $3.95 they would send me a $1000.00 on line shopping spree simply for looking at their product. They also said that upon receipt of the information via U.S. Mail as long as I called to cancel within 10 days that my account would never be billed. This was a lie I was billed before the 10 days was up and after many trys, I finally got through to them (within the 10 days) and i was informed the money was already taken from my checking account.

I informed them that I had a letter from them saying that they would not do that and that I wanted my money returned promptly. I went to the bank and filed an unauthorized withdrawal form on them. I faxed back the cancellation letters they sent me and still I have not received my money $278.00. They promised I would have my money in a week. Didn't happen and it's been since Dec. 19,05.

Please if anyone can help me get my money back I would really be grateful.
