Ripoff Tries to contact dead brothe

We received a call from NCO Financial Systems today, 1-17-06, the name of the caller was Sancha. He was trying to contact my brother. My wife answered the call and gave them no information but received an ID# and a toll free phone number to call them back. I called this evening and spoke to a manager named "Hitesh", he wouldn't give me his last name. I asked why they were calling for my brother, he said that he owes them money. I said, that's odd, how does my brother, who has been dead for 15 years, owe them money. Hitesh asked me to fax them a death certificate, I declined and asked them for more information.By this time I was pretty angry and started probing further, using no profanity, and eventually Hitesh hung up on me. It was an odd situation but I plan to persue this further with this "company".
