Prime Mutual
Debtcardsupport ripoff, putting money out of your account without authorization, even after talking to the to cancel that day Winnetka California

Business & Finance

One day I filled out an appl. To see i qualify for a loan to pay all my bills and make just one payment. After I filled the form out I was denied the loan but then an rep from Prime Mutual called to varify my app. I told her that I do not have the fund in my account and that I will have to cancel. Being that they wanted the 159.95 right now. I tolds her that I did not have the funds in my account. She stated that she would then cancel my request and that when I do have the funds avaliable to fill out the app again.

A week passes and then all of sudden I noticed that 159.95 was taken out of my accound. I have tried to get with support and/or anyone to discuss this matter. I have talked to no one live and the lines are always busy. Why would I pay someone 159.95 and then turn around and pay then more to put my money on a credit card to use? Now my utilities are being cut off and my car insurance is being canceled because there are no funds in my account. I need help PLEASE.

Thank you for reading this report. I do not not know what else to do. Please help.
