EDP Reporting - Prime Mutual Mutual - PAy Direct Card ripoff

I would have had no interest in doing business with them, on the first place, because they are a "prepaid card." At any rate, they ILLEGALLY and BY MEANS OF FRAUD TOOK $159.95 from my checking account. I never agreed to anything, I went to their website, because they had being spamming me, and I was responding to their note "if you would like to be taken off our list click here." When I click to be taken off, I could not close out the webpage; it kept clicking over and over. I never ordered ANYTHING from them, I would never want to. I DID NOT EVER and UNDER ANY circumstances authorize the charges. I never processed the application, I never wanted anything. Although, sometime back I had filled out an application with Prime Mutual, but once I realized it was a prepaid, I declined and never heard from them again. I now realized they are the same corporation and keep their records. Later, they go back and take your money, even though you don't authorize the charges. AS PER MY TELEPHONE conversation with their representative Libby, who's attitude, poor etiquette, and lack of knowledge of the law, reflects the validity of their corporation, "THE REASON THEY CANNOT RETURN MY MONEY IS NOT BECAUSE THEY DO NOT ACKNOLEDGE THE FACT THAT I DID NOT ORDER, BUT BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN OVER 3 DAYS. How could i have called them prior the 3 days dead line, when their charges only appeared after 3 days. I did not cancel anything in 3 days, because i never ordered anything." one more time... I demanded a full refund into my account, and they laugh at my face and stopped taking my calls. The bank called with me on the line and after calling the bank rep. An idiot, they hanged up the phone on her. SO FAR, I have filled with the FBI, The BBB and other agencies. However, I will make it my mission to assure this does not happen to anyone else.
