Prime Mutual - ED
Preporting.com Ripoff - Funds withdrawal from Senior Citizen's bank acct while hospitalized

Business & Finance

I am a 73 year old senior citizen living on retirement income. On January 26 Prime Mutual through EDreporting.com extracted the amount of $159.95 from my bank account. I did not authorize this withdrawal.

As a matter of fact, I was hospitalized the entire week when this occurred. Previously, I had applied for a loan but had changed my mind and cancelled the application.

This withdrawal has caused severe problems with my checking account as I do have monthly automatic withdrawals. To date the charges from my bank for the overdrafts is $99. I feel that this company is responsible for this and must reimburse me.

I respectfully request your assistance in this matter.
