NCO Financial Ripoff total abuse

Today I had the misfortune to have contact with NCO. I was trying to discuss with them a letter they had sent my daughter about a delinquent account with Bank of America. Briefly, my daughter was seriously injured 3 years ago, she had no income for over 2 years, in the meantime, she used, all her savings, tax return, and a loan from dad and me to try to keep up. Finally all the money was gone and still no income. Not one company was willing to lower interest or make payment arrangements. Last year finally a small amount from SSI, which is untouchable by creditors. Dozens of calls and letters to creditors, still no help. Bank of Smerica gave the account to NCO. While trying to talk to these bottom feeders, my daughter was called a thief, liar, and was told she learned her bad habits from me. When it finally got through to andy, the so called manager that there would be no money forthcoming, he yelled to the office "
Wwhy am I on this call, she won't give me any money" he continued to behave in this manner. He then asked me why my daughter stole this money, having had enough I finally said two very unkind words and hung up. I filed a complaint with the FTC. I also called Bank of America who said that as long as he didn't threaten to kill me what was the problem. Go figure!
