Rude, abusive behavior, call over 20 times a day with 1 message ripoff

I spoke with the reprsentative for the company on his initial call and explained that I was divorced and would not be able to pay until my taxes came in. He than be gan to threaten me and tell me how he could garnish my pay and go after my family if I did not cooperate with him. I informed him I did not like his behavior and if I was able to come up with another solution before taxes I would call him back.

This was a month ago and I have received steadily increasing phone calls on my work and cell numbers. I have received in excess of 100 calls in this time, as much as 20 a day in some cases starting at 8 am and ending at 9 pm. They may leave 1 message for every dozen calls and it is sually so rude that I cannot even finish listening to it. This pompus jerk leaves messages on my phone calling me a liar and a lowlife.

I have been told in several messages that I have broken an agreement with them that I never made and called untrustworthy and inappreciative of their "help"! I plan to pay this debt as I said but would like to limit my communications with this company and especially this employee. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. People should not have to be made to feel this way for situations out of their control and NOBODY deserves to be talked to this way certainly not by a "customer service rep".
