Forced Homeowners Insurance, added late fees, late charges and would not send a copy of my payment history. Reported to credit bureaus

Homecomings Financial Mortgage Company is fradulent. They ripped me off from the beginning. They stated that we didn't have proof of Homeowners Insurance and added their own high insurance to our Escrow. They stated that they were not receiving payments, even when we presented checks that cleared the bank. They tackled on late fees and late charges that they would not provide an explanation.

Even after filing bankruptcy and clearing everything up in they came back with more late charges and late fees that put us behind again. They are crucks and should be held accountable for their actions.

If their is a class action suit, count me in. They have stolen enough of my money. Oh, by the way, they just transferred my loan over to another mortgage company, after I caught up on all the back Escrow charges they claimed I owed. I'm highly upset about this, but there's no where to turn. I haven't received a statement for my mortgage payment for August nor have I received one for September. The new mortgage company is MGC Mortgage, Inc. I've been calling them all day, but I only get a voice message. I feel something dirty is going on here as well. I'll try to send them an e-mail.
