Ripoff

I received a certificate awarding me a credit limit of$10,000.00 ($5,000.00 per card from visa or master card). The bank required me to send $59.00 for the two cards ($49.00 for the cards and $10.00 for rushing fee). Then they sent a form requesting me for a deposit to open a savings account. Because I was short of money, I only made a money order of $300.00 for a visa deposit on November 1.

As of today, I did not receive any word from the New Millenium Bank. I try to call but I was put on hold for so long. On the certificate that was sent to me was sign by a Mr. R. Hunt, Credit Card Department Manager.

Please, I'm trying to ask them to refund my $300.00.
