Ripoff

I to was ripped off by New Millenium Bank. I recieved and continue to receive the same letter stating you can get 2 credit cards one Visa and The other a Mastercard for 37.50 I sent it off on January 9th 06 and have not yet recieved the card. I called there and that number is now diconnected. If anyone out there can help me let me know, thanks..
