Took $49 and refuses to respond or refund my money

Apparently I am yet another victim of this secured credit card scam that NMB is perpetuating. I mailed then $49 on 6-20-09 to refuse 2 credit cards, and when I did not receive word of a response or my credit cards in 2 weeks I wrote them e-mails inquiring about it. Then I got online and searched for the name of Robert Hunt only to have this website come up and to find that this has already happened to several other people.

If only I had researched this sooner -.-. Anyways, I sent them another e-mail, which I asked to be read by Robert Hunt (which apparently was not honored, since I have yet to hear any word back from him), describing the situation and telling them I wanted the process canceled and reversed, and that I wanted my $49 back. I have not received a response since and haven't yet received my money either.

Since my phone has been off I have yet to be able to call them and tell them directly of my plans to file a report with the Better Business Beuraeu and New Jersey Department of Banking, but as soon as it is on I plan to do all of that if they don't refund my money ASAP. If this develops into a class action lawsuit I would love to be apart of it, because this form of fraud is despicable and I find it incredibly repugnant that a company could stoop to such methods in order to wrongfully take money from innocent people. If they feel that this is not how they indeed do business, then they can refund my money in order to redeem their name, but until they do, Robert Hunt and his New Millenium Bank are no better than petty thieves in my opinion.
