Deceptive ripoff for $3.95 CD

Berman Investment Email spam entices you to make money. Order his CD $3.95. So I ordered and found out you had to pay more, Not intetested. So a month gos by and I get a charge on my credit card for $99.90?? I am stumped! So I call and they say they sent me cds and book? Never received, nor did I order!

I called number on my credit card. I get a Foreign Call center lady who trys to sell me on receiving cds, offers disount, etc, etc. I was not until I got angry that she said she would refund. I have filed a complaint with my CC company
