Major Discrepancies, Lying, Harrassing Phone Calls, Etc

I have had nothing but problems with this company over the past 4-6 months. My car payments were behind and I had made payment arrangements/extension requests. I documented every conversation because I learned that they quickly change things as you deal with them.

Was told by a manager by the name of Jeff that extension would be granted if I made payment (I had made three payments at this point towards catching it up). Payment made and I never received letter granting extension that he stated would go out. Called back several times, and every rep stated they didn't see anything in the system.

Fast foward to now... I get a call from someone at my job stating their coming to get car. We discuss previous arrangements and he asks when can I make a payment. I tell him Sept 9th and says fine, but call me after with receipt number. Why did I get a call from a Rob Cook (Investigator) asking me what I intended to do at 10-something this morning?

They've called my job when told not to. One day they rang my phone here 10 times back to back (phone logs incoming calls)! They would ring my phone at home and not leave a message, they asked my 15 year old son information, they are insane. They disclose my account information to my husband (who's name isn't on the account) and I've told them not to do that either.

If it weren't for my husband trying to get me to hold on to the car, I'd let it go. I'd like to be considered part of action suit against them.
