Ripoff Took money from my account w/o first giving me the money they promised

I recieved a phone call from this co. And the man said I had been chosen to recieve a govt. Grant with no pay back for $12,000.

He said they would be sending me a check for $500 to have to spend on myself and all I had to do was be sure and put $49.95 in the bank for them to take out for a one time fee.

Instead of this happening I never recieved any money from them and they took the money from my acct anyway.

I called and they refused to give me my money back saying they had it on tape that I said it was ok, which they do, but they don't have the rest of the conversation on tape. Just my voice and a recording..
