I called in on 10/22/05 to see if there are special offers on balance transfers. I was told that now i can get a 7.9% and without a balance transfer fee. I authorized the agent to make a balance transfer.
When i logged on to my account on 10/25/05 i was charged a $75 balance transfer fee. I called and complained they told me they can't do nothing about it. Please help
