Ripoff people trying to save their homes. I'm fighting back!

Wells Fargo is trying to take our home even after we have sent them everything they have asked. They say they don't get the faxes even though I had the confirmations. They denied my modification 11 times but, never an explaination. I sent in payments that were posted to other accounts, payments they would not post for weeks at a time, payments made on easypay would not be posted at all and they would call me a liar even though I had confirmations again.

When I would call to get answers I was transfered to CA, IA, SC, NC and each time talked to several people who each had a different amount owed. I never could get the amount in writing. No one wanted to Help. I started sending in payments western union so i knew they couldn't dispute that.

Wrong again. I sent in 3500.in June WU to pay the back charges in full. Even though they still hadn't explained where all the other money has gone it was never applied to my account. They returned the wu 6 weeks later and charged me lawyer fees for the 8th time. I've been so scared and upset. This has effected my job, family and most of all my health and I'm only 31! After day after day trying to resolve this I realized I just could't do it anymore. Maybe my lawyer has better luck. I can't loose my home! Thanks to all of you that put helpful info about reporting to the different Government offices.
