Giving out false and misleading info

I have been dealing with Wells Fargo Bank for three year, since they took over from Washington Mutual Bank. Last year, October I was notified by mail that my home was in foreclousure. I had been making all of my payments and was not behind. I informed them of this. I was than told that I had missed three payments of May, June and July. I sent them copies of my money orders showing that payments were made. I was than notified that I had to pay 7,000 dollars in March (this all happened in Dec. 2008) I went to lgal aid and spoke with two lawyers who looked over all info I had presented to them inluding my payment history and wells fargo history. Needless to say both historys showed no behind or missed payments. The lawyers called Wells Fargo and set up a conference call to address the allegations, especially the 7,000 dollar matter. The loss prevention officer first denied any knowledge of this matter. After the lawyer informed him that we had all of his documentatios in front of us he than acknowledged them and siad that an errow was made concerning the 7,000 dollars and that a modification would be made Jan. 3 and continue not to send any payments because they would send them back to me. I have nt heard from them since, an dmy home is still in foreclousure satus. The Lawyer representing Wells Fargo has sent me a number of letters stating that I was in danger of losing my home of nine years. The lawyer later sent documents to sign stating that he no longer was involved with this case. I along with many other home owners are being given the run around when trying to get this matter corrected. No one at Wells Fargo seems to know what the promblem is and keeps sending my case from one office to the next. Conducting business over the phone for the last six months has resualted in nothing. I do not wish to lose my home but it seems to me that Wells Fargo could care less. I need to get additional help from someone who knowes what is going on.
