Ripoff cant find address, phone number fraud scam

Since December of last year, I have had Capital One Services on my credit report TWO times for the same account number both different amounts for SBC (original creditor) I have never had SBC first off. Secondly they were having Enhanced Recovery collect this account they could not verify it so they sold it to another agency who could not verify it so they sold it to another agency, and I have since sent them a certified letter asking for verification. Anyways Capital One Services in still on all three of my CB but with no phone number, I have sent them mail certified, and still no response. I know they are a division on Capital One but every time I call Capital One noone knows what the hell I am tlaking about. Does someone have the same problem or a phone number for Capital One Services? The CB on three different occasions say this is correct but its not and now they wont even ivestigate. I need these off my report because the other collection agency is on there as well the newest CA. I have reported them to the VA AG the MI AG and no help the FTC is no help as well as the BBB is no help. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
