I have been contacted by this collection agency saying it is very important that I return their phone call (which I will not). The first call came on June 3 at 8:47am the second on June 6, saying the same thing. They are looking for someone with the same name as me and have done business with Chase Bank, the reason I know that is this happened a couple of months ago with another collection agency (LTD) which I got my state's attorney's office on them to make them stop. I have never done business with Chase Bank and I have gotten my credit reports from all 3 agencies and they are excellent, no late payments on anything. I believe LTD gave or sold the information to Capital Management Services and now they are harassing me. I want them to stop and pay for what they are doing to innocent people.
