Thieves, scam artists, ripoff company galore

These people are total crooks, and I want to be involved in any class action suit that may ensue.

In August - a repo guy came to my door demanding the car, of course I didn't give it to him, but contacted Triad immediately. They gave me an amount to bring account current, and I quick-collected payment, thinking that the loan was paid in full. Yesterday, a repo guy actually took my car, and I find out that I only owe $37.00 in remaining interest, but that amount has accumulated to $2400 in late fees and penalties. I paid on the car for 6 years... Thinking it's paid off, and now I find out they want $2400 for me to get my car back?!?!? Right now I'm floundering and don't know what to do. I'm also worried what condition the car will be in when returned to me, because it is a convertible... The top was down... And it has been raining non-stop since they stole my car.

I have left several messages for somebody in the reinstatement department to call me back, so that I can take care of this, and nobody will return my phone call, and the voicemessage received states due to high call volume, they can't take calls, and to leave a message in the general reinstatement mailbox. OK - so not only have they stolen my car for a balance of $ when I've already paid them over $35,000, but now I can't even find out how to get my car back???

These people are unbelievable, and should be put out of business.
