This sucks that there are enterprises out there that allow these companies to come into existence and are allowed to continue thier unprofessional behaviors. I too was scammed by this company, my story is the same as everyone elses, I was solicited for a 0% interest mastercard for three years for 249.00. Well the card never came, I am filing a dispute with my bank, do not let these people scam you as they have already done to so many people. I have contacted a Lawyer in this matter to have him review the case, hopefully I can get a class action law suit going here in the near future.
