This 1800 number has called me 11 times since 6/18/08. This is the same company that called me 24 times a month before. Before when they were calling they knew my name and would call me several times a day trying to get my CC number and i would hang up or not answer. This time they are asking for "francis".

This time i decided to be funny and maybe they would stop calling. When they call i answer and say stuff like "Body Farm, You slash em we stash em" or "happy harry's whore house, how much can i do you for?"
and they would just hang up without saying anything. But they are still calling and they decided to try and be smart and are now calling from an unknown number.

I work in the same line of buisness, you CANNOT call a customer more than 3 times and if they repeatidly hang up on you, you automatically mark their account as NOT INTERESTED. (luckily I dont do this kinds of BS. I work at an INBOUND call center and stricktly customer service) and your calls must be within 24 hours of each other.

If they call me one more time I am contacting my cell phone company and printing out my CALL LOG and i will sue for everycall they made to me phone in the past two months. I know for a fact that all calls are recorded for quality purposes and i will contact this BS company and have that call pulled where i told them last month that i am not interested and to stop calling, and i will contact my lawyer.
