Deception screwed

After checking my Debit Card activity, I was unclear on a transaction (PRIVATE VOICE) and called the bank to inquire. They had no info on the transaction. I googled the phone # and Platinum Group came up and glad to see I'm not the only one. All trans from this co. Are blocked on my acct, however they advised me that these companies change their name and trans dollar amount frequently and to change my acct number to avoid further problems... Good luck to all
