Mr. Ryenell Simon called me and said that if I don't call him by 1pm that he was going to take legal remdedies autorized by law. Also said that he was going to call my boss at my work again and go after my wages from my paycheck

I took out a pay Day Loan from Ace Cash Express and I got behind in payments. Ace cash Express contiuned to call me every day they called me at home every day and also every night. They reuined my bank account got reuined because Ace Cash Express took out too much money and overdrew my count the bank closed my account I tried to make payment arragements.

Then Mr. Ryenell Simon the Case Manager at the Cororate office of Ace Cash Express called me at work. I got introuble with boss because of it then Mr. Ryenell Simon told me that if I didn't call him back by 1pm that he was going to get a judgement agansit me in court. Mr. Ryenell said this if I didn't the the full amount that I owed to his comapny.

Another thing that Mr. Ryenell Simon said was that he was going to presue me to the fullest extent and also get me charged with Frud. One other is that Mr. Ryenell was very rude to me and didn't listen me on bit. I tried explaning to him that my bank account was closed and that I couldn't pay him right now. I was very upset when he called my work and I told him not to call my work any more.

Ace Cash Express is the worst Pay Day Loan comapny in the world. This Mr. Ryenell aslo said that I need to get an attorney he said that I cused at him and that I had a potty mouth and that he also said that he already reported me.
