Foreclosure on mentally diabled lady

My mom has one thing in her life and thats the home she shared with my dad. She has ran into hard times and EMC is now foreclosing on her. She takes at least 3 kinds of anti depressants and 2 nerve tablets to help her function on a daily basis. She has been diagnosed with pancritis and now is about to lose the home she has only known. She has a 5th grade education and trying to help herself she called the emc workout or forebearance office, she then talked to a person (man) that belittled her and then proceeded to tell her that he wasnt interested in helping her and that he would deny any payment arrangement that would be offered due to the fact that she didnt have enough income to help herself.

Now she is facing not only health problems but the realization that she is going to lose the home she shared with my dad for many years. She really does not understand alot of things because when she grew up working in the fields were more important than going to school. This company is disgusting and they really need to be stopped. I have read alot of these rip off notices and even though she is in the rears she was willing to try but since this company employs complete jerks with out hearts, I will start looking for her a place to live. I hope this company gets what they deserve in the long run, its a shame that the government is more worried about other countries and not worried enough about the people that is here losing their homes and their jobs. An they are letting companies like this run over people that cant help themselves.
