Clayton Homes Mean, Rude people. Gave out my personal busn to my neighbors, Calls 8 times a day

Husband and I have had Vanderbilt Mortgage/Clayton Homes for many years Our home will be paid off in 5 years (if were lucky).. They wrecked my home moving it onto our land. Took 2 years of asking them to repair it (then had the fire marshal to get involved) We thought the repairs was fixed. (not) the tie downs wasn't set up right either, (they never did fix that).
My Husband was hurt on the Job he was out of work for 1 1/2 years. I am disabled and cant draw disability. We lived off of workers comp, and un employment. Times got hard, and we fell behind on our mortgage. I have never had to deal with such ugly people before. They would not take half of a payment Weekly, Had to always be the full amount. The Lady informed me that there were people in our town that could help with food for our family, and united way would pay our light bill, so the best thing we could do was have them to feed us and get them to pay our bills, because THEY WANTED THEIR PAYMENT FIRST! She even gave me the number to united way. Making sure she got me to send in a payment. During this time we got foreclosure notices. At one time we got a visit from them, a man got out of his car with a camera and a stick (scared my kids to death). Hubby took care of that! As we was leaving out to town, a neighbor 8 houses up. Stopped us and ask us if we were the *'s (last name). We introduce our selves. She then informs us that "Our Mortgage company has called her, told her all of our busn, wanted to know how well she knew us. Has even talked to our son in law on our home phone, gave out more of our busn. I could write so much more about this company, just isnt room on here... If there is ever a lawsuit, please contact me. We will love to be a part of it! We own our land, as far as im concerned they can come get their home, it was never right after they wrecked it anyways. We know we was late on a few payments, we didnt need them to call and remind us 4 times a week that they needed a payment. Nor did she need to tell us, our family could make a payment for us. After all if they would of worked with us. We could of/would of made our on payments. We are back on track now, but never again will i let them be little us again! Shame on them. And if your reading this... Please please beware of this company!
