Foreclosing on my Home Santa Ana California

I've been reading so much information here about this company it is making me sick to my stomach. Why, because I've been living this same hell for over a year now. Not even late on one payment and this company put me in a position where I had to agree to extra payments per month to make up for a payment i had yet at that time need to send them.

During which time, i had to agree to send my mortgage payments to their attorneys. Attorney Ann Schwartz of Goldbeck law. I sent these payments to my attorney to send to their attorney named above who never applied any of my payments to my loan. Thus I am now going to lose my home in 2 months from today. I did all the contacting stating I wanted to correct this matter with no one, returning calls or giving me options on how to save my home from foreclosure.

Did all the appropriate Act 91 forms etc. With no help coming from anyone. As of today they want to make an agreement for me to take my back payments (which I have) along with their attorneys fees (which I feel I should not pay because they put me in this situation) and put this on the back of my mortgage amount, giving me a mortgage loan of what is almost 40,000 more then my current mortgage and way more then my home is now worth in this very weak economy.

After reading some of these horror stories, I am more afraid then ever to even make any type of agreement with this company at all. Seeing how they have screwed so many people out of their homes and money. Why isn't someone out there helping us? Why is the government or authorities doing anything to these companies that are taking peoples homes from them illegaly?

If someone has any answers, I would be happy to hear from you. On a good note, I believe I finally have found my hope and I would like to help others. If you write me I will be glad to give you the name and number of the person who is helping me to get my home back and my sanity. If you would like some hope just respond to this rebuttal.
