Ripoff

I was contacted this past week by NCO Financial claiming that I owe $95.00 to Columbia House as my account was in Collections. I told the person that I did have a current account with Columbia House, just received my movies and a bill for them, which is not due until 30 August. I was called a liar, that my account was in Collections and to send them a check or money order immediately. I asked this person to send my something in writing, giving me an account number and a name this "account" was under. I was then told, they did not have to send me anything in writing, that this was my account and to "pay-up" immediately. I was called again this morning and this person asked for me using a nickname and a last name I do not use. I told this person again that this is not my account, but again I was called a liar, a bitch and a stupid fool and they have the collections account and therefore I did not have a good account with Columbia House. My husband then got on the phone trying to explain and he was dealt the same explitives. I am waiting for their next call.
