Dishonest Fraudeluent Company, Stay away Ripoff

During the first week of February, I received a phone call from the Centric group stating that I qualified for a 2500 credit Mastercard. Additionally, I would receive a travel membership, free airplane tickets, and hotels for three days. I was told that if I used my centric mastercard I would receive 20-50% off my travel purchase. I was told that if I wanted a 0% APR the cost would be 369.00. I would receive all of this wonderful stuff within a week. About a month later I received the travel stuff which was not as decsribed. NO CARD—but an application to apply for one. So I called them and they said all I had to do was fill it out and send it in and I would receive my card within a month. That was almost 6 months ago. I have called numerous times and would get no answer, an answering machine.

FINALLY, I reached a human being who checked on my card and said that it was going to be mailed within a week. The following week I received my application back. I called and they said that the company returns the application to you when they are ready to send your card. I was assured that if I did not receive my card by7/11— to call them. Centric also told me that i did not pay for the mastercard that I paid for the travel package and they were KINDLY issuing me a mastercard. This was a bold face lie.

well i have been trying to call and the number is always busy. I am not sure what I am going to do. The bank will not return my money since it is over 60 days. I really think a class action suit needs to be filed against the company due to there are so many people that has been affected.
