Ripoff and false promises of full refund. Nevada

I was contacted in Oct. 04 by Centric group or Centric Travel with promises of guaranteed Master Card an free trips. Only after they got my $369.00 would they send "the package if information".

After two months, I got the "package" and decided it was not for me. After weeks of calling, a manager named "Ronnie" said he would ok. The full refund to my bank account.

It has now been three weeks and no refund or explanations.
What a total bunch of lying thieves.
