Major rip off, material is not at all accurate!

Company promised mailing list that contained people who had not refinanced their mortgage in the last two years and that the existing mortgage information would be accurate... Of 3,000 names received, approx. 600 had usable accurate information
When contacted, company made some excuse about problems with the system... Still have not received "make up list" from company.
Later learned company has had numerous complaints with the better business bureau in Philadelphia
Don't waste your time and money dealing with this company
