Rip off Bogus Service... Censored and Deleted Reviews

AptRatings.com claims to provide a legitemate resource for people trying to find high quality rental communities in which to reside. For the most part, the reviews are negative... Which I expect is realistic due to the fact that most people are not searching for a way to let the world know how great they have it. Conversely, the negative reviews are relatively believable because the reviewers are looking for a way to help others avoid the pitfalls of renting from an ogre... Or ogre-like people.

The website was awesome until the people at AptRatings.com decided that they would meddle with the reviews that they did not appreciate. Therefore, they amended the terms of service, and began deleting negative, albeit, accurate reports. How do I know this? They deleted my review, and refused to reply to multiple emails demanding a reason for this action.

I suggest passing the review board by. This site is as diseased as most other censored review boards.
Don't wast your time... These people are in the pocket of the apartment communities. This is evidenced by the fact that they are focusing on referring prospects/leads to the various property managers for a fee.

Obviously, there exists a conflict of interests when a webmaster is deleting negative reviews in order to please the folks that are paying the bills. Anyway... A review board can only be accurate if it is uncensored. This one isn't, so don't waste your time.
