The seamiles mastercard or seamiles carnival cruise lines juniper mastercard card is a straight out ripoff. It should be banned. These companies have violated their intial agreement to honor and transfer the Capital One miles to the Sea Miles (Seamiles) account on Seamiles.com as promised in their letter to capital one members — They have lied and violated the law. Anyone out there with the same experience, please let me know so we can launch a class action lawsuit against them.

If you are thinking of signing up for this card, please be advised that they have nonexistant customer service, and juniper bank is more like a family owned bank. Do not use that card. I have unauthorized charges on my card and it is an apparent fraud.
