Terrible Bank

This is the worst banking experience I have ever had. I was told when I opened the account that I had free checking, so I went online to purchase checks. I received the checks, but I was charged $18.79 for them, which put my account over so they charged me the $34 overdraft fee. I called up customer support and got it straightened out, I thought, but now I am still waiting for them to refund the amount of the checks like they said they would, and now they are charging me $2.49 per day because my account is overdraft due to their incompetence. I cannot call up the bank directly and speak to someone at that actual bank, it has to be to someone at their call center who has no idea what is going on. Besides the fact that you will be charged for CHECKING your balance at another atm, $2 if your card is declined, regardless if you have money in your account... I have never had so many problems and various charges and unhelpful personnel in dealing with a bank. I have changed banks and it is wonderful banking with them - no silly charges left and right, everyone I've talked to has been wonderful and honest. I encourage anyone thinking about banking with 1st Convenience to look elsewhere.
