Ripoff

A good company to deal with NOT. After entering into this agreement 5 years ago, we requested a payoff. We are now advised we owe more than we borrowed. To top this off the requested payoff per them, can only be mailed or faxed since it's a legal binding contract. We received the notice 2 weeks later, with many stipulations, made our check out and mailed it on 6/18. Come to find out it has to be a certified check or wire transfer that you have to pay an additional 20.00, keeps their costs down. Our payment was returned via Fed X on 6/30 since they won't accept personal checks for payoffs. Strange they will take it for our regular payments. If we sent 60 checks for the monthly payments that equal the payoff would they not accept them? Now we are not only late we owe even more money. We have been a good faithfull customer and we now will be willing to take part in any class action case taken against them. Count us in.

Being a GM company, it is not hard to see why GM is having so many problems... Management at it's best. We would have been better off dealing with "Vinny" on the street corner.
