Charged 330.78 as overdrawn after a 578.02 direct deposit

My husband and I have also been with this same bank for about 10 years. Before it was BB&T it was One Valley Bank. In the past year, on three separate occasions, they said we were overdrawn, always by over 100.00. Then one to two weeks later, the same amount that they had said we were overdrawn would show back up in the account.

This last time did it! On Wednesday night around 8:00, I withdrew 40.00 saying I had 243.92 left in the account. On Thursday morning my husband's check was directly deposited in the amount of 578.02. On Thursday morning is when they robbed us of 330.78, saying we were overdrawn. Needless to say, we closed our account this time and are no longer doing any business with BB&T.
