NACS ripoff National Association Credit Services

Back in 2000 my husband open an account with NACS. When he got the catalog he tried to call and cancel to get his money back. Well no luck there. So we went and had our bank stop payment. That went well. Well our bank called us a couple weeks later say that NACS was trying to take the $275 out of our account. So we closed it and open another. We never gave NACS another thought, We went to buy a house in 2002 and it turns out that NACS had been reporting to CR that we were 180 days past due, like 5 times. Couldn't buy a house! We contacted NACS and they said if we paid them the oringal $275 that they would stop making reports. So we sent them the money in 11 We ended up buying a house in 2003. We went on with our lives.

Well in 2004 we pulled my husbands report and low and behold NACS was still reporting. We called them and they said they never recieved payment. Well we had made copies of everything. So we resent the copies to them.

Called a couple weeks later and they said everything was good. So no worries. Well we just pulled our CR and guess what! Yep, they are still reporting.

So we finally went to the CR they were reporting too and we haveing them investagate. We just got a letter from NACS saying we need to pay them. We called them at the number given and they say that his account is to old, they can't find it! What the! So now were just going to wait til the end of the month when Experian is done investagating.
