Payments moved to end of loan, forbearance fees and foreclosure on credit report

In 1999 my loan was behind and two payments were put at the end of my loan. In 2001 I called them to make arrangements to make my late payment for October and they said we have placed you in foreclosure. I asked how I was in foreclosure when I was only one month behind. They said if you are late with your payment, we bring the two payments to the front of the loan. This made me owe three months. I paid attorney fees, late payments, and the three payments came to 4512.00. After the forbearance was finished they put two payments back on the statement as a corporate advance in the sum of 898.00. We got behind in January this year and they tried to do the same thing. I faxed the other forbearance agreements to the consumer advocate department; they said even though you paid this money it was not applied and you still owe this. I told them that I had an attorney who would love to sue them, so they removed the fees. This month, my wife and I were trying to refinance with another company, but there is a foreclosure on my credit report saying I am in foreclosure now, which I am not.
