Ripoff Insurance fraud

Traveler's Insurance located on Mall Circle Ring, in Henderson, Nv knew that I have a hyphenated name and it appears on all of my legal documentation. I wrote them several times telling them to change my name to the way I spell it and write it. I sent my auto insurance payments in regularly with the correct spelling. Wouldn't you know it there was an auto collision, a male went to Dr Prochaska on Maryland Parkway and to Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, went to jail and court with a different car on a different date. I was told that i had no insurance and that the collision was my fault when I had pictures proving otherwise. My car was hit by an SUV broadside. I went to their Insurance fraud division and not one sigle thing was done and there were a lot of payoffs to keep people statisfied at my expense and injuries in 2003.
