Aames Home Loan
Ripoff, fraudulent, very dishonest aames home loan company

We received a call from aames home loan wanting us to refinance our house with their company. After we agreed to use this company our loan officer wes haines started the paper work on our loan.

About a week later after playing phone tag several times, with the company (aames) richard stevenson a.K.A. Rich, wes haines supervisor told us over the phone that wes haines was terminated due to unproefessional practices. Rich then stated that wes was making false loan statements and he jumps from company to company, rich then continued to bad mouth wes haines.

This is when things went from bad to worse, after redoing the home loan with rich stevenson agreed on the new loan over the phone.

We received the paper work from the tittle agency, everything on the hud was different than what we agreed on. Our cash pay out was thousands less the escrow was never put on and our flood and hazard insurance was never paid in full like we agreed on. After calling the company and speaking to rich he made a new hud statement with all the things we agreed on rich told us to sign the old hud and to sign the new hud. Some time later we received the payout check it was only partial payment, we also received a phone call from our tittle agency saying the flood and hazard insurance was never paid in full that here it is two months later this company will still not return our countless phone calls, we still never received the rest of our loan pay out, and we are already making our first payment to this company. Come to find out wes haines was never terminated from this company like rich stevenson stated, we closed on our loan on april 12 wes haines left the company on april 10, that whole time when rich was saying he was fired, he was actually still employed with this company. There are many more problems i had with this company also such as another hud statement sent to the tittle agency that we never even signed!!!
