FA ripoff

I cashed out two checks payable to me but I was doing a favor to a friend that didn't have a checking account when I deposit the checks $4,600 and the next day $4,500, the teller told me they have to put on hold to verify funds and after that I will get the cash, I was happy they do that becouse I did not want it to have any problems later, but after they gave me the cash and I gave her to my friend, letter of that one of the checks came from a closed account and the other they were unable to locate such account, why they hold a check for? Now my friend has disapear and I have file a police report but I'm very upset with the bank that didn't do their job. My checking account was always in the lows $10.00 the max, and I have negative balances for so many years, now I being sent to collection and reported to the bank system so I can not open any account for so many years. They have also involved my sister but that was another misleading information from this bank they told me that the white card my sister signed was only for reference but now they told me that she is the owner of my account too which make her liable too. I try to explained to the assistant manager that years ago when I open my account the person who helpme told me that, I ask her to please don't get my sister involved but she told ma that there was nothing that she can do. The only thing shesaid was for me to get the money and pay.
