Ripoff

1997... I bought a 1997 ford taurus... My payments have been
on time and consistant. As i just read from someone else, they
have posted my payments to other accounts, charged me frivilis
late charges (that were unfounded...

That i will not pay for) n they call constantly, harrassing, with foreign voices that do not understand a word i say! (please understand.

I am not a bigit or prejudice) but they should be able to
comprehend you and carry out your requests and understand
what you tell them. (luckily)

I have just had another finance company buy my loan from them at a lower rate...

I don't know how to find out if they gave them the (true)
payoff amount or not...

I believe that they owe me back my last payment... Pd 2/21/02... For 2/16/02... I am in the process of writing them a letter asking if i am not due back this last payment, due to the other co. Taking over the loan.

All i can say for anyone else is: thank god for this web sight
and (let them know when you've been "ripped off"..

Write letter! Write to every single address that
you can find on these 'crooks' until you get positive results
do not give up@!!!

Obviously they are very unorganized and not at all proffessional. I too have been disgustingly harrassed they are rediculous. Isn't there a time frame that they can call??? And a certain "grace period" (i've had my payment be due on sat.

The 16th of the month... And they start calling on sun... The 17th of the month... As early as 8:00am!!!

They obvioulsy have never heard of the postal service running a day or two late? Again
