Ripoff

I did not recieve a bill when I moved from one base to another. My account became past due and I was told that I had to pay my balance in full. The OSI collections conmpany took my money and then reported me anyway. Then after telling me my account would be closed, I now find that it is still active. Another lie.

AAFES needs to stop doing business with this corrupt company. Also, I have seen many complaints with similar complaints all over the internet. Perhaps a class action law suit would be more appropriate.
