Ripoff dishonest fraudulent keep your money no customer support

I used Kwick Pay for a while to receive payment for services and everything worked fine. I used the "Withdraw Money" link to take the money out of my account and there was a link that said "Withdraw to Paypal (cost: Free) [3-4 Days]" and one that said "Check (cost: $2.00) [2-3 Weeks]". Well, I chose the PayPal option, entered my Paypal address and submit on April 5.

Three weeks later, my Paypal account was frozen, not realizing that my Kwick Pay transfer had not been completed yet. Conveniently, a day later, my Kwick Pay "transfer" says "completed", but the money is not in my Paypal account, nor did it bounce and get put back into my Kwick Pay account. After 8 emails to their "customer support" and no response to a single one of them, the money still is not in either of my accounts.

After a little research, I've come to learn that they lost the ability to do Paypal transfers a long time ago, but never bothered to remove that method from their site. It seems that they're just out to keep the money. I'd stay away from this rip-off scheme!!
