I too, was ripped off by ciadata.com. I first contacted them and ordered their service on 3/2/05 was confused because this was a one time deal.

So i changed my mind about it that same night I ordered it. I emailed them of my decision, they sent me a email containing the information the next day, without even acknowleding my wanting to change my mind.

I have emailed them on several occasions, they emailed me back on 3/3/05, said that they would refund my money in 48 hours. I emailed them again on 3/5/05,3/6/05, etc.
The money was never put back into my account, then I got a email from them on 3/9/05. It said to email them my address or send my account number so I can get my refund.

Much to my dismay, I reluctantly sent in my account number, seeing as though they had it before to charge me.
Well to this day, 4/3/05, I haven't heard anything since. But I will not go away, I have contacted several companies and I would be happy if their site would be banned from the internet.

I am also upset because there is a number for the company, but a machine answers and says to call back later.

No fax number, no address, I just wished I would have noticed all of this in the beginning.
So buyer beware!!!
